System Effectiveness Analysis Simulation (SEAS)
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the U.S. Air Force for the System Effectiveness Analysis Simulation, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services ("SEAS"). YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING SEAS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. INSTALLATION AND USE. You may install, use, access, display and run one copy of SEAS on a single computer, such as a workstation, terminal or other device ("Computer"). You may also store or install a copy of SEAS on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run SEAS on your other Computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate an additional license for the Third Party software, UltraEdit-32 ("Product"), installed with SEAS, on each separate Computer on or from which the Product is installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. A license for the Product may not be shared or used concurrently on different Computers. Licenses for the Product are available from IDM Computer Solutions, Inc. (http://www.ultraedit.com).

2. UPDATES AND ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE/SERVICES. This EULA applies to updates, supplements, add-on components, or Internet-based services components, of SEAS that may be provided to you or made available to you after the date you obtain your initial copy of SEAS, unless you are provided other terms along with the update, supplement, add-on component, or Internet-based services component.

3. TRANSFERS. You may move SEAS to a different Computer. After the transfer, you must completely remove SEAS from the former Computer.

4. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. SEAS is intended for domestic use only. You acknowledge that you will not make SEAS available to foreign governments nor use SEAS in any contract with a foreign government without the expressed written approval of the SEAS Program Manager and the appropriate government agencies.

5. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NEITHER THE U.S. AIR FORCE NOR THE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTOR OF SEAS SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OF SEAS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF PROFITS, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

6. TERMINATION. The SEAS Program Manager may cancel this EULA if you do not abide by the terms and conditions herein, in which case you must destroy all copies of SEAS.
